So I have finished Phase I of the Fat Smash Diet and have lost 5lbs. I did pretty well on it, I'm surprised that I actually went 9 days without eating any meat. I have to be honest though I did cheat on the last day (Friday) I had some peanut brittle and a chocolate truffle! I know its horrible but I just couldn't help myself, I am a sugar addict and I had a bad case of PMS too. That's why I'm a little disappointed by the small amount of weight loss (I'm blaming the peanut brittle for this one). I've read reviews where people have lost an average of 9lbs during Phase I . . . my husband lost like 10lbs! According to my Fat Secret weigh in it will take my about two months to reach my goal. I'm a little worried now that meat can become part of my diet again. I feel like I lost 5lbs because I wasn't eating meat and I'm confused as to how I can continue to loose at my starting rate while allowing myself to eat meat too. I can't believe I still have 25lbs more to go! How could I let myself go so much :-( now my goal seems like it is an eternity away! I probably won't weight myself for another two weeks or so. Oh well back on the wagon again!
