I had gotten completely discouraged but now I am back in the saddle ready to start walking again. My knee brace finally came in and I got it on Tuesday now I need to start back up in exercising. The brace for my knee is very helpful from being in pain now I just need to do the exercising. I started this last week doing better portion control and also eating a more rounded meal and doing meal planning. I need to work on my sleep hygiene too.
