This is the 1st day of the rest of my life. So cliche isn't it? Oh well I will use it anyway because it is true. If I do not make the changes that are necessary in my life , there won't be much life left. This is a journey that will not be quick or easy as I need to lose over 250 lbs. The difficulty will be compounder by a couple of factors, 1st I have cardiac issues, 2nd I am in need of knee replacement surgery, which the Dr. says he will not do until I lose 150 lbs. Oh well more to come later, I will try to make at least 1 daily journal entry.
