Yippee, I lost two pounds since Monday. Well it might have been more but I went on a binge last night with molasses cookies. Ugh, but they were good. Anyway, I only ate a pear up until dinner yesterday so I guess I was hungry, after dinner, and there they were. Not an excuse, I bought them knowing I had no willpower. But anyway, I still lost 2 lbs so far this week, now to stay good through the weekend. Fingers crossed.
