#3 - I may have done this already, but just in case, here goes.
Did you enjoy your rest days? Yes Has the soreness went away yet? Most of it had. Did you want to overeat on exercise off days? No, more when i did exercise. i.e. I deserve a cookie. What is the hardest part? Exercise
#4 Overall well being 1-10? 7
#5 hardest thing? Still the exercise. The diet is a series of small battles, but the exercise is a huge inner fight every day. I want to, but I DON'T WANT TO!
Worst thing I've eaten? By your definition? Steak. Or maybe pizza. But I haven't cheated. I've stayed under my calorie counts, so I'm good.
Still crave? Cheese dip!!!! I LOVE CHEESE DIP!!!
Extra exercise? No.
