I didn't do the Detox phase as well as I could have. A big problem is that I live with my boyfriend who sometimes brings home the worse foods. He brought home a apple pie Sunday and a cherry pie last night. I've told him not to do it, but I don't think he can help himself. I just told him, while writing this journal entry not to buy anymore pies. I'm going work my diet better this week. The interesting thing is that I've been exercising really well. I leg pressed 720lbs Friday night on my leg day. I've upped my cardio so we'll see how that goes. I know that I'll never be skinny and I don't want to be. I"m short and stocky. I carry a lot of muscle. I know that in order for me to lose the weight I have to work harder on my diet.
