I'm not moving around much these days. I want to get back in the habit. I've started a volunteer position at my YMCA so being in the building more often may help with getting to a workout. In January I will be able to go snowshoeing and XC skiing on a regular basis with the group I am volunteering with. I haven't been in about 6 years. YIKES! I am decidedly looking forward to that...both activities are GiNormous calorie burners. And it's purty in the mountains in winter. :)
