So I have been off my diet eating what I want for a little over a week now while being sick to just kick my body back into a semi regular mode so I can start this again. I was consuming way too few calories in my prior attempt and have reset my RDI to 1600. I have found it quite challenging to consume that many calories in a day but I am retrying this journey and am hoping this will work for me!
