Today I woke up really late for me. So I still have not had dinner yet. Went shopping for groceries and found that I am getting better at finding what I need for my diet. I am feeling better today but not yet completely well. I can't wait so that I may start going back to the gym. I did have much better energy and felt better emotionally today.
