I ate fried fish, scallops and chips for lunch. It wasn't as good as I thought it would be. Counting the calories certainly helped as it wasn't as bad as I thought, so I don't have to think I have thrown everything away. Its sitting heavily in my stomach. I forgot that I don't really like fried food that much. Funny how my mind will work.
