Been doing modified versions of P-90X for around month now. Due to travel and meetings I get 4 days in most weeks. Sometimes 5. Often just arms day and Push up/Pull ups. Have lost 6 lbs. Using raw oatmeal with protein drink mix (tastes boring) to control hunger and meet nutrition. Salads most days. Not craving sugar too much. Detox too.
