I don't know why all this weight is suddenly falling off, but I'll take it! I've not been as strict with my calorie intake so maybe my body prefers the extra calories?
151.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
