Hello everyone,
I started this journey once again about 3 weeks ago. I am determined this time, to make it happen and I believe I will. My boyfriend of 2 1/2 years left for school to another city about 3 weeks ago and that has changed my life completely. I no longer have an excuse to sit around and cuddle, or an excuse to stay home watching TV because he is not there with me so I opt to distract myself otherwise. I am now more focused than ever to exercise regularly and have been doing so til this day. I wake up in the mornings and do my morning walk/jog for an hour and then after work in the afternoon, I do an hour of exercise as well. My eating has changed too and I opted a low-carb diet. Well, I will try to stay posting in my journal regularly but I sometimes forget. I will be back periodically letting you all know my progress. :)
