Today was a very very good calorie day!! Had a good lunch and a light dinner!! :D Snacked on some rice cakes with pb2! YUM by the way if you haven't tried it you definitely need too!! For dinner I had a homemade taco salad with home made onion vinaigrette! It is fat free with only 12 cal a serving! I make it by the vat! If anyone wants the recipe I will share! It's too good not to share! Yesterday I did very well! I nearly burned more calories then I consumed! So far so good my favorite pants are now getting a little loose. I haven't been able to drop a pant size.. (YET) about how much do you have to lose to drop a size? I was thinking 10 but I guess it really depends whats shrinking more your stomach or other parts of your body.. I feel like I am rambling but I love the journals it allows me to get everything I am feeling out there and get some feedback. :D

I'd love the recipe. Always switching off on dressings. It's still early to see a drastic difference in your clothes. But one day you'll put them on and they'll slide off your hips. My first pair of jeans that I pulled down without unzipping made me giggle like a school girl. And it just give you the urge to keep on losing.

Here's the recipe! :D
1/2 cup of splenda no calorie
1/8 cup of water adjust to your liking
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1 dash of salt
1 tbsp white onion minced (I use the onion flakes in the spice area)
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of buttermilk powder (found near powdered milk in grocery store)
1/4 tsp of lemon juice
1/8 tsp of salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch of garlic powder
Directions:
1. First combine the first four ingredients in a heavy sauce pan. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and put cover on it for about 3 min. Uncover and cook until it thickens adding splenda as needed, stirring often.
2. Combine all ingredients, including the first four ingredients that was brought to a boil. Bring mixture to a boil in microwave or on stove top. Whisk well cover and cool.
I will also post this recipe as a separate journal post. :D Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Thanks for the advice about the jean size. :D I am so hoping to go down at least 1 in about a month! :D
