I have given up on Atkins. I'm now doing a basic healthy plan from Team BeachBody called Low Carb Express. It is approx 1300 cals per day and about 100 net carbs/day. It is more sustainable. I may end up doing a week or two of ultra low carb just to jump start. I have become much more active doing my hip hop abs DVD and Slim in 6.
