Too many delicious food over the weekend.steak, pulled pork and yesI did have a small dairy queen blizzard last night. Also did lots of hiking this weekend with many lovely dogs. Im happy to be out in the Fall weather where I am actually observing the changing colour of the leaves- before the wind blows them off. Have a great Monday!

147.1 lb Lost so far: 40.9 lb. Still to go: 17.1 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

It is tough when there is so much darn good food out there, isn't it. The walking with the dogs must be enjoyable. I am watching Dave's tree changing colours outside my window.
