Woohoo! 77.9kgs Have to be honest and say that this is hard! But the results are quiet amazing and I'm not even doing major low carb (which is less than 50g carb a day). I have totally cut out bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. And I have very little sugar...maybe a teaspoon of honey every 2 days and an apple or two.
SO my results today are: Height 1.7m Weight 77.9kg (2.1kg lost) Waist 99cm (7cm lost) Hips 105cm (1 cm) Boobs 114cm (3cm lost)
Totally worth the SOMETIMES struggle.
