Yesterday was very difficult for me. I have a cold and am on antibiotics for a facial breakout. Too much medication and not enough food. I had no problem with being hungry thanks to the cold, but it was not enough with all of the things I have to take. I ended up being physically sick at around 5:30 pm. One hour after antibiotics. I know that today will be better. I am already feeling a little better. Won't step on the scale until next Monday.... or at least I will try not to. So, I that's that. I did have some saltines with my dinner last night so that my stomach would settle. I was not sick again. I did sleep 11 hours last night though and no exercise this morning. I plan on going to the gym tomorrow and getting back on track with that.
