I've been bad at keeping motivated in a positive direction. Life has been overwhelming and I stopped bothering to track my food, or work out... I gotta get back on track!
238.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
