Very very discouraged. Going to try and start over. New weight, which is more, but will try once again. Very disappointed.

The worst thing you can do is give up. Just start over the next day. I just lost 30 lbs last summer and gained it ALL BACK by June of this year PLUS 10 more lbs. I was disappointed with myself too but the only way I am going to feel better is to chalk it up as a little set back and start over today. I know I can do it because I just did it last year! It's okay - just start over from today. And each time you think you gonna go off track, remember how it makes you feel miserable to do so, and then just don't repeat that behavior again that makes you feel bad. You can do it, don't be hard on yourself. :-)
