Got really sick over the weekend with pneumonia and the anti biotics and other drugs are sort of hard on a person and no exercise and rest plus being in bed makes a person fatter than they want to be. Happy Thanksgiving.

193.2 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
