No change since my last weigh in but I'm OK with that as we've been away for a few days. I've had chips, bacon sandwiches, pub grub and plenty of wine. I tracked but I didn't restrict and I've been good since I got back to try to make amends. My calories over the last 2 weeks have averaged out around my target of 1700 per day, despite the mini blow-out, so I did hope for a bit of a drop in my weight, but I must have under estimated what I was eating whilst away.(What a surprise :-) )Still, I enjoyed myself and no real harm done - just have to move my targets back a couple of weeks.
