Came back after a week and a half "business trip" to Kruger park, which was much more eating, sipping (loads of) wine and watching sunsets than work.. and I can see it. What is worse, is that i can FEEL it.. everywhere. My clothes, my stomach, my body. Way too much braaing. This recovery is going to happen NOW....
