Soo..I worked out last night. Last week I couldn't make it on the elliptical more than 22 minutes. Yesterday i decided no more of that. You just have to push through that "I can't go at it any longer" and once you pass that point...the possibilities are endless. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and 3 minutes on the stepper and 50 crunches. I'm getting thin if this is the last thing I do...
