I have gotten way off of my exercising. I even feel a little depressed because of the weight I've gained. But I have started over and I am not letting anything get in my way this time I am going to get through this and drop the weight I need!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
