20.3% bodyfat weighed after heavy breakfast. Surprised to have not gained weight seeing as I went out every day for all meals this past 4 days. I will not push it and resume my good diet as of tomorrow.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
