I'm changing my diet as of today. I am losing too much weight on the Raw Vegan Diet. starting today I'm going to add back cooked foods to my daily intake. I will still be a dedicated Vegan, just not 100% Raw. I can get more calories in when I add cooked foods to my menu. I need to gain 10Lbs to attain my goal weight. Hope I can do it. Right now I'm too skinny.
