I honestly had a really rough week. I was feeling sort of depressed and instead of taking control of what I could I went off the deep end. I was very conscious of the decisions that I was making and that just made the depression worse. I am feeling much better today. I am planning my meals for the week and my exercise which ALWAYS makes me happy. The theory of failing to plan is planning to fail is my motto.
