I am just starting. Oh, I've tried before, but then I lost my job and put some weight back on. I started back to school a couple months ago and I am trying to do things right for myself and my daughter. Just when I think I'm on the right track... BAM, a million things get dropped on my plate and I feel like a giant ball of stress. I am still doing well and find exercising to be a great way to get rid of some of my tension, but it is hard. The way I'm trying to look at it is, if I can make it thru this, I can make it thru anything.
