This menopause is driving me nuts , hot flashes , night sweats, mood swings, weight gain, migraines , seriously there is go much more , but I don't want to drive people nuts. Lol, the pain and nights with only 3 to 4 sleep. It's hard to function, but at least a small amount of weight is coming off, at least for me, Have a good night! Talk to y'all later!
