Well, 7 pounds was a bit more than I was expecting, but I am really pleased! I wanted to lose around a stone before I go home so I think I may reach my target. I am cautious but optimistic. I didn't follow the induction period to the letter, I was at a friends house and had risotto and I still drank tea with sugar in it, but I cut down from abot 14 cups a day to about 5, had major caffiene withdrawals resulting in a migrane for 2 days.
I rewarded myself with a slice of toast with my bacon and eggs this morning and am having curry for tea tonight.
I think I'm in shock cause I can't think of what to say.
