About to go play a few games of ping pong here at work. Adding some extra activity were I can. Hopefully it will all end up helping the weight fall off. :)

I think just getting up off the couch and moving around helps. One thing I do is constantly clean the house. I'm a neat freak LOL! I'm trying to put brisk walking back into my routine but my knees I think are getting arthritis really bad in them and sometimes it hurts to do that. I did go look at bikes today though. Found a nice one I'll have to put it on Layaway though. I hope you had fun playing ping pong at work! :)

I work for Cisco Systems in Dallas. They have a ping pong table out side the break room that my team and I frequent. Its a good distraction from the day and give me a quick break every once and a while.
