Last week I was in Leeds and Exeter trying to keep within calorie limits and went out for brunch at the weekend, so I'm both surprised and delighted with the reduction!
161.6 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 16 October 2013:
