Finally started moving in the right direction. Started Zumba 3 times a week, and circuit training 2 a week... I want to really concentrate and eat right.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
