I don't feel like I'm doing so good but I lost another half a pound after my vacation (when I didn't keep track of what I ate for four days), so that's good. I haven't don't real exercise in a while and I need to get back on track because I can feel my anxiety and depression slowly creeping back to me. Happy soon to be Thanksgiving everyone!!
