Losing weight is not my only goal, building a great body is. The BFL program is the only plan that works no matter what your age or goals. You may only have a few lbs to lose or just want to look great in that new dress or suit for that important Christmas or New Years party. By taking the challenge and learning the right way to exercise and following the nutrition guides set up by the BFL program you can have the best body ever. I want everyone to join me and challenge yourself to go the 81 days and spread the word about
the challenge, tell everyone you know to join the Bodyforlifers. The Hulkster
