Joe was nice today. Small prison reprieve, must be good behavior! Lost 1 lb! Better than nothing! I did another 70 minutes on the elliptical today! It was easier than it was before, I could actually walk down the stairs when I was done this time!!! I really think I could have done another 35, but it's getting late.

heh LOL good for you! It's a GREAT feeling when it starts getting easier! But as Loos says if it starts getting TOO easy don't forget to change it up (I need to do this more too ;))
