ARG! Birthdays are really hard to stay good. At least I got hot yoga in. My food intake was horrible, and if I could remember all that I ate, I would have recorded it. Tonight is bowling night, so it will be easy to stay on track.

bowling night! me too.. I have a hard time on bowling night.. there are tasty salty snacks and nice cold beer! tough stuff.. good for you for staying on track on league night. And matt is right your birthday is but one day a year.. no sweat. :)

Matt, thanks for the Happy Birthday. It really is only one day, so I am not too worried. CeeBee-If our alley didn't charge so much for their snacks, I would have a harder time. LOL. I did have a few shots bought for me tonight, but not too many (at least calorie wise.) Usually the beer is hard for me, but I am trying to cut that out. and Vodka has less calories (and is tastier)
