If you warm up a about a cup of water in the microwave for about a minute and then melt a boulion cube. Drink this just like you would any bowl of broth, I've done this twice now over the course of 68 days. I was skeptical but am now a believer.

Warning:if you have an intollerance to salt, One boullion cube contains 900 mg of sodium!

It appears that most diet related leg cramps come from a lack of Sodium vs. a lack of Potassium.

Previously, I would take Potassium and Magnesium to help with muscle cramps, it didn't always work and sometimes would take a couple of days. Potassium alone will not work. Many do not know that the body is unable to absorb Potassium without Magnesium.

Hmmm... interesting. My leg cramps were always calcium related. If I didn't drink enough milk, then I would get awful leg cramps.
