ARGGGHHH!!! I ate a donut for breakfast!! Why do I do these things? I don't even really like donuts. And it wasn't particularly good. It certainly wouldn't be a cheat that I chose - but obviously I did...for NO APPARENT REASON. And on top of that, I drank milk with it (can you really have a donut without milk??? I don't think so). Now I'm sick. I mean, really sick. Not just the guilt kinda sick - like stomache ache - my stomache is churning and growling and revolting on me like crazy. I don't think I can tolerate milk very well anymore. A few weeks ago I had a glass of 2% milk and my stomache was sooo upset. But I seem to be okay with the heavy cream in my coffee, cheese and the occassional breve latte. And, in fact, I had about 1/2 cup of whole milk not that long ago and I was fine, too. Take the fat out of it and my stomach can't handle it. What is up with that?

The only GOOD thing I can say about this is that it sure makes you want to stay on your diet. I feel horrible. I have to go to the bathroom AGAIN, excuse me......

ewwww, I don't like donuts too much either. But every once in awhile they look soo good, then you eat it and it isn't as good. Maybe that little taste will turn you off for now and you are back on track! The stomach could be the onset of all of those sugars and it not knowing what to do with them. You are on it... you can do it... and hopefully your GI tract calms down this afternoon.

I am lactose intolerant but I can eat cheese and small amounts of heavy cream. Milk makes me really sick though. I find that it becomes a cumulative issue. If I have a lot of dairy I tolerate milk less. If I don't have it for a while I can even drink 1/2 a cup and I don't get sick. I would say stay away from it as much as possible. Though, if you are like me, you will lose a lot faster if you give up all dairy. I just can't seem to get myself to cut it all out... I don't like donuts either, but sometimes they are tempting to me too. Maybe it is good that you feel sick. It might give you an incentive to avoid that in the future. Just get back on track. :)
