I understand completely. I just got out of a little hole I dug for myself. It was a result of see-sawing between being incredibly sick and not eating anything to feeling better and binging on crap. The most important things I try to remember is 1) it happens and 2) staying stuck is the only way it can hold you back. Binging won’t hold you back but shame definitely will.
I am well aware it’s easier said than done, but try your HARDEST to shake it off and step forward.
