Today is promising. I am up to 5 cups of water so far and for me...that's a feat.
I have an opportunity to join a Healthy Balance group class for 12 weeks that is geared toward teaching me life long healthy balancing with weight, diet, emotions and knowing my numbers.
Today's orientation to the course went well. I feel like I really lucked up since insurance usually only pays for 1 or 2 visits to a dietician, I get to talk with one for 12 weeks.
I think we all need support groups. We are not alone. I have seen success stories go wrong and right. But I think those who get to a place of balance all had a regular support group meeting they attended.
