I think its amazing how emotions play such a big role in my eating patterns. If I am anxious or nervous or fretful I eat. If I am mad, frustrated or very happy and excited I don't eat....
Today I was a little mad and frustrated and realized that it was 11am and I had not eaten today yet. I did make a good choice when I finally did eat something, but geez I just had an ah ha. Maybe when I am over eating and can try to deal with the emotion and the root cause of that emotion instead of thinking of all the food I can re-focus on.
