Weber River's Journal, 07 October 2013

I accidentally slept for 11 hours last night, and woke up with a stuffy nose and headache. Great. Well, that cuts one meal out of my day -- I'm having breakfast for "lunch" now.

I'm looking at yesterday's Diet Calendar... If you take out the three doughnuts I ate (hehe), that leaves me with just over 1200 calories. Which is just freaky, considering that this was still way more food than I usually would eat throughout a single day. (See previous journal entry -- chronic meal-skipper trying to break the habit here!) How on earth did I get up to 150 lbs with so little food to eat? Bodies are so strange/wondrously adaptable.
