Day three. Breakfast was good manageable. Kashi skim milk coffee and milk. The coffee had vanilla syrup and half and half....maybe that was really melted coffee ice cream really. LOL
Being heavy takes a toll on you. The mirror is just not my friend. The clothes look cute on the hanger, but once on its like OMG look at this, or look at that.
Today, I want to refocus and not focus on the mirror, but more how that reflection is God in me.....
