I really want to be motivated to lose the 40 pounds i've gained in the last 2 years. I'm great at starting out, but not at keeping it up- i do well for a week or 2 and then fall off the wagon. Next summer is coming around whether i weight 190 or 150, so i want to be at 150 next summer!
