I got on the scale and I dropped those 5 pounds quick! I have noticed that my body needs that extra push called exercise, I did some aerobics for two days in a row and it has made a difference! Im really starting to figure out my body! I have been in depressed mode for a couple o days and when I get depressed I eat ice cream, I have ate ice cream everyday but it has not effected me yet! seriously everyone no ice cream today!
