Missed two days of recording food --- weight still at 223.5 ... cannot move it and it's been two weeks at the same place give or take a .5 lb. Frustrating. But, I've been pretty good even when I did not record food when I was away for two days. Came home yesterday and could have recorded food, but I did not... went to festival and had some cashew brittle; then a cheeseburger and onion rings ... but that was the bulk of the food I ate all day. And, I ate it early in the afternoon.
