Good weekend overall diet-wise. Used Sunday as my "cheat day", and didn't do too terrible even with a few treats. Carb-heavy day (subway for lunch and a noodle based Asian dish for dinner) but other than the bacon added to my sub and a snack sized candy bar, I made healthy choices.
Tonight I go for my first "BodyPump" class which mixes aerobics with resistance training. Should be challenging, since my knee still hurts a little from Saturday's racquetball games.
