Okay...so I have not been perfect! I am almost finished with a 7-day cleansing system and the 9-day Fat Smash detox. I did have a bit of tuna and a few bits of cheese on a salad once. Other than that, I've eaten grapefruit, tofu, mushrooms, brown rice, bananas, skim-milk yogurt, tomatoes, mixed veggies, lots of broccoli, pineapple, and drank grapefruit juice, green tea, and water. I have been strong enough, thank God, to not even really be tempted (not in the past couple of days, anyway!) to have a few things I normally would eat like whole wheat bread and scrambled eggs or a beer.
My weight has not changed siginifcantly...but I feel healthy. That is what I wanted, most of all. I'll write again in a day or two!
